The Rheingau tells many stories: about palaces and castles, monks and their monasteries and of course about wine. We are proud to have been able to write and shape this story with our family for so long. Our family stands for good, honest and high quality wine, which reflects the Rheingau and its tradition in its taste.
WINES REDISCOVERED AND WELL-TRIED
Nothing is more associated to the Rheingau than Riesling and for good reason. With its soils and geographical features, the Rheingau offers the Riesling optimal conditions. So it's no surprise that 70% of our cultivated areas are planted with Riesling. But the Rheingau offers so much more. For some years now, we have been growing Merlot in our winery, which has found a new home, particularly due to the climatic changes, and is competing with its peers in Bordeaux, France. Next year, we will again have a traditional wine in the bottle: the Red Riesling. Be curious!
